Chief Amb. Sir Sylvester Okeyoba Okafor is an international humanitarian leader, peace advocate, social innovator, and development strategist with decades of experience advancing peacebuilding, social protection, sustainable development, and institutional leadership across Africa and the global diaspora.

He is the Founder and President-General of the United Nations Association of Africa (UNAA), a pan-African civil society organization committed to promoting the ideals, principles, and objectives of the United Nations through advocacy, grassroots engagement, and strategic partnerships. Under his visionary leadership, UNAA has expanded its footprint across Africa and internationally, strengthening civic participation, youth engagement, and alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Chief Amb. Sir Okafor is also the Founder and President of First Fostercare Foundation (FFF USA, Inc.), a humanitarian organization dedicated to the welfare, protection, and empowerment of vulnerable children, women, and marginalized populations. He further serves as the Founder and President of the United Nations Association of Africa Citizens (UNAAC), South Africa, reinforcing civic diplomacy and community engagement within the Southern African region.

His extensive humanitarian portfolio includes service as Founder and President-General of the Okafor Dynasty Foundation and Founder and President-General of the Foster for Children, Disabled and Women Foundation, organizations focused on social inclusion, disability rights, gender equity, education, and poverty reduction.

In the private sector, Chief Amb. Sir Okafor is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Sotace Global Technologies & Energy Resources, LLC, and Founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Jenosyl Global Consult, Ltd., where he provides leadership in technology innovation, energy development, strategic consulting, and sustainable enterprise solutions.

Amb. (Princess) Juliet Gifty Okafor is a seasoned healthcare professional, community health leader, and international development advocate with over a decade of experience advancing public health, human dignity, and sustainable development across Africa and the diaspora.

She is a Registered Nurse Practitioner (RN BSN NP) with more than a decade of clinical and community-based healthcare experience, including service in hospital and school health systems. Her professional background is reinforced by certifications in Quality Assurance in Healthcare, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Healthcare Ethics, reflecting her commitment to patient safety, health systems strengthening, and ethical governance.

Amb. (Princess) Okafor’s work intersects healthcare delivery, strategic coordination, and institutional development. She brings strong competencies in policy support, stakeholder engagement, strategic communications, monitoring and accountability, supported by her experience in administrative leadership and virtual operations within multidisciplinary and multicultural environments.

Within the United Nations Association of Africa (UNAA), she serves in the following capacities:
